work in 1972. He served in different campuses as a professor. He continued
his research on said topic during his teaching.

|
The governing principle of the
mighty universe is al-Tawhid, Oneness of God and al-‘Adl, justice. This
lifelong research discusses its integration with both the Qur’an and the
Sunnah by providing hundreds of evidences from the principal sources of Islam
as well as Muslims experience since the inception of Islam to date.
Quran clearly mentioned Messengers
objectives in different Sura e.g.
Sura Al-Hadid [الحدید] Indeed We sent Our
Messengers with clear Signs, and sent down with them the Book and the Balance
that people may uphold Justice….. (25)
Sura Ar-Rahman [الرحمن] “and He has raised up the
heaven and has set a balance (7) that you may not transgress in the balance,
(8) but weigh things equitably and skimp not in the balance. (9)”

the Qur’an.

Muhammad (SAWS) from tyranny to justice, the revival of the religion of the
Prophet Abraham (AS).

Guided Caliphs to justice.
5. Al-Qadi, the judge and the Law
Court.
6. Al-Hisbah, the observance of
religious duties and socio-economic justice and its impact on Health
Sciences.

Al-Mazalim, Ombudsman Court. 8. Muslims’ judicial heritage, since the
inception of Islam to date.

Concluding Remarks
|
The work also discusses peace,
equality, freedom and human dignity as the legal right of human beings.
Meanwhile 1844 discovered works on Islamic judicial system have been
presented in chronological order with their thematic assessments.
